Does Brain Body Interlink utilize insurance?
No we are a cash based practice, however we are happy to provide you the necessary paperwork for each individual to submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement.
What type of approaches are utilized at Brain Body Interlink?
Dr. Despain is trained in various modalities and techniques. Primarily Dr. Despain is an Applied Kinesiologist that utilizes all forms of adjusting techniques; upper cervical, gonstead, activator, arthrostem, thompson, webster technique for pregnant moms, and various soft tissue techniques.
How is this different from traditional chiropractic or physical therapy?
Many approaches focus on the area that hurts. We look at why it’s hurting. By evaluating how the nervous system is coordinating movement, stability, and recovery, we address the underlying patterns that often cause pain or recurring issues rather than just managing symptoms.
What kinds of conditions do you work with?
We commonly help people dealing with chronic or recurring pain, sports and exercise injuries, joint and muscle issues, nerve-related symptoms, stress-related tension, poor recovery, and movement limitations. Many patients come to us after trying other approaches without lasting results.
Is this care gentle?
Yes. Care is precise and individualized. The goal is to help the body feel safe enough to change patterns, restore balance, and heal—rather than forcing the body through aggressive or repetitive treatments.
